Personality
Unlike Ibuchi, Uematsu is shown to be a quick-tempered person. He has a feeling of hostility towards Majima due to his competition for the captain position.

Like Kei Ibuchi, Uematsu is the patriarch of a newly-formed tertiary group of the Tojo Clan, the Uematsu Family. Known for his knack for finance, his family manages to bring in the largest amount of money for the Tojo Clan, allowing him to become a patriarch, as well as compete for position of Captain. He is later killed by Ibuchi.
