Boxcelios is an arcade game playable at Club SEGA in Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, and Yakuza: Dead Souls. Unlike some of the other arcade games featured in the Yakuza series, Boxcelios is not based on a real Sega game.
Gameplay[]
In Boxcelios, the player controls an invincible ship armed with a laser cannon. The goal of the game is to destroy as many enemies as possible before a 30 second timer runs out, done by shooting their glowing core or the majority of their ships. As an enemy ship appears in each level, time stands still for two seconds, in which players are reccommended to aim near the enemy's core for maximum effiiciency.

Trivia[]
- In Yakuza 4, arcade cabinets of Boxcelios will be installed after Akiyama befriends the Club SEGA employee by playing Boxcelios 2 three times. This will replace the Dynamite Deka EX: Asian Dyanamite cabinets also seen in Yakuza 3.
