Die Hard Extract is an item in Judgment. It can be extracted after finishing Iyama's friendship quest and with the required materials.

This extract works like the Sacrifice Stones of previous Yakuza games, fully restoring Yagami's health when it is reduced to 0 during battle, and being expended in the process. Unlike the Sacrifice Stone however, the effect only lasts 180 seconds. Thus, it is important only to use this extract when faced with the imminent likelihood of Yagami being KO'd.
