Yakuza 3[]
The Drow-Z 55 can be upgraded from the 9mm Automatic Pistol at Kamiyama Works in Kamurocho, with a fee of 20,000 yen. The Design for the weapon can be obtained from Yakuza Ambushes, and the following items required for crafting it include:
- Mystery Liquid, and
- a Multipurpose Thumbtack.
Andre Richardson carries his own Drow-Z 55 throughout Yakuza 3, and dual-wields a pair of them during his second boss fight.
Yakuza 4[]
The Drow-Z 55 is available at Kamiyama Works, and its price and item requirements are the same as they were in Yakuza 3. As a gun weapon, it can only be purchased and equipped by either Kazuma Kiryu or Taiga Saejima.
Takeshi Kido carries his own Drow-Z 55 at Kamurocho Hills when Kiryu is bartering with Isao Katsuragi for Saejima and Yasuko, which he uses to shoot the Ueno Seiwa captain.
Yakuza 5[]
The Drow-Z 55 can be acquired from Kamiyama Works for 90,000 yen at Shop Level 8, after the Mystery Liquid item has been invested in the shop. Characters must also reach Level 6 with Gun weapons before they can equip it.
Yakuza 0[]
The Drow-Z 55 can be crafted at the Dragon and Tiger in Sotenbori. The item recipe is found at the Black Market Auction in West Asia, and crafting the weapon requires the following materials:
- one Modified Model Gun,
- fifteen Primeval Spirit Stones,
- ten Emeralds, and
- ten Enhanced Gunpowders.
After being crafted, it can be purchased from Long Hua for 8,550,000 yen. It also becomes available in the Kamurocho branch.
Hiroki Awano brandishes his own Drow-Z 55 at Debolah, which he uses to shoot his date and threaten Kiryu.
Yakuza Kiwami[]
The Drow-Z 55 becomes available in Chapter 13. It can be purchased at the secret Weapons Shop in Beam for 55,000 yen.
In the flashback to 1993, Shintaro Kazama wields a pair of Drow-Z 55s when rescuing Kiryu from the Snake Flower Triad.
