Background
The Electronics King is a member of the Five Billionaires; the cabal of unscrupulous real estate moguls that controlled most businesses in Kamurocho during the 1980's. He controlled the area around Nakamichi Street and specialized in technology stores (such as home appliances, cameras, etc.) and gaming stores (like the SEGA arcade).
Yakuza 0
The Electronics King was one of the Billionaires that Kazuma Kiryu could take on after the Leisure King was defeated.
Once Kiryu acquired 60% of the Electronics King's businesses, the Billionaire challenged Kiryu to a video game contest at his base of operations: the Club SEGA on Nakamichi Street. There, the two competed to see who could score the most points on a game of Out Run, wagering 10% of their holdings as the price. The Electronics King managed to score an impressive 3 million points during his round.
Once Kiryu acquired 90% of the Electronics King's holdings, the Billionaire called Kiryu to his base at the Club SEGA once again. This time, he challenged Kiryu to a "fighting game", with the bet's winner being allowed to keep all of the loser's properties. The "fighting game", however, was an actual fight on the street outside the arcade, where the Electronics King battled Kiryu with the aid of his security chief, Meiden, and several thugs. Ultimately, however, the Electronics King was beaten and Kiryu acquired all his businesses.
Impressed by Kiryu's victory, the Electronics King asked to join Kiryu's company, hoping to learn how to improve his skills by studying under him. Kiryu agreed to let the former Billionaire join as a manager, along with Meiden joining as security staff.
Personality
The Electronics King is a quiet, nerdy man who enjoys video games and tinkering with technology. He is very cold and formal while speaking but despite his formality he is not above making condescending remarks about people he perceives as less intelligent than him, such as Kiryu.
The Electronics King is quite proud of both his gaming prowess, calling himself a "super gamer" and of his intellect, claiming to have an IQ of 190.
Fighting Style
Despite his nerdy appearance and portly body type, the Electronics King is actually a trained fighter. He fights using a style of kickboxing, which employs quick jabs and kicks as his main means of attacks. He will frequently dodge to avoid blows and to get behind Kiryu to attack his back. The Electronics King will also frequently use fast kicks to interrupt combos or attacks with long wind-ups.
