After Majima dances 3 times at Maharaja Sotenbori, Isobe appears and approaches Majima, then her fan Kengo challenges Majima and loses.

Return to Maharaja Sotenbori, Isobe informs Majima an elderly man who is too shy to give his name, who is a second dancer and only loses Isobe. Majima has a battle dance with that man and wins.

Return to Maharaja Sotenbori again, Isobe challenges Majima to one final dance battle.
After winning Isobe and Cabaret Club Czar is unlocked, she stands near Club Sunshine, talk to her and she joins the club.
