Mayumi Madarame (斑目 まゆみ, Madarame Mayumi) is a character featured in Yakuza 5. She is the top hostess at Club Olivier and the daughter of Tadashi Madarame.

Mayumi is modeled after her voice actor, Nana KataseWP. She has auburn hair that reaches past her shoulders.
Personality[]
Mayumi is an observant woman, noting that Yotaro Nakajima's ring finger had an indent, which indicated he was married long before Kazuma Kiryu himself would be told the truth. She cares deeply for her father and does all she can to assist him. Even though she was only supposed to spy on Kiryu, she developed genuine feelings for him throughout her stay with him, and was distraught once Kiryu figured her out and eventually left Fukuoka for good.

Yakuza 5: 2012[]
Mayumi is sent by Tadashi Madarame upon Daigo Dojima's request to keep an eye on Kazuma Kiryu. Over the course of his six months in Fukuoka, she grows close to Kiryu, but is frustrated by his lack of interest in a relationship with her. After Kiryu returns from the Yamagasa Family Headquarters, Mayumi tries to comfort Kiryu, but he deduces that she was the only one who could have leaked his whereabouts. She ultimately feels guilty for her betrayal and takes him to see her father, who explains that Daigo insisted that he watch over Kiryu and had Mayumi look after him. Madarame requests that Kiryu pass on the letter of dissolution of the Yamagasa Family to Yahata. Before Kiryu leaves, Mayumi promises to do anything she can to make it up to Kiryu, and in turn, he thanks Madarame for giving him company during his lowest point in life. Both are left in tears after he parts.
