Four Shine (フォーシャイン, Fōshain) is a cabaret club in Sotenbori that appears in Yakuza Kiwami 2. It is owned by Yuki, the retired legendary hostess that formerly worked at Club Sunshine during the events of Yakuza 0.

Yuki set up Four Shine some time between December 1988 and February 2006 after watching Sunshine grow into the same type of giant corporate entity that she had fought against in Yakuza 0.

Yakuza Kiwami 2: 2006[]

Yamagata visits Four Shine in February and is disappointed by its service, remarking that it has a year at most before it closes. Outside, he meets Goro Majima, who remarked that his Club Sunshine has copycats now. Majima gets his information on his missing subordinate from Yamagata and barely misses seeing Yuki again.

In December, Kazuma Kiryu first meets the owner of Four Shine, Yuki, and the club's lone hostess, Koyuki, after witnessing the man the club had hired as its new manager get bought out by Kanzaki, the head of the Kanzaki Group and Four Shine's primary rival. Kiryu agrees to help by joining the club as manager, and becomes responsible for securing business partnerships, hiring additional hostesses, and generally running the club.

Kiryu and Four Shine take on the Kanzaki Group in the Cabaret Club Grand Prix, dethroning each of Kanzaki's top clubs in each league before Kanzaki is exposed as a crook thanks to Majima and Youda's help, and the Cabaret Club Grand Prix itself is exposed as rampant with corruption. With Kiryu's help, Four Shine becomes the top cabaret club in Japan.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon: 2019[]

Four Shine is still present in Sotenbori 13 years later, though Yuki and Koyuki are now running a sushi restaurant together.

  • In Japanese, "Sunshine" sounds similar to "3 shine" as "san" can mean "3". Four Shine's name is based off of this.
