The IF7-R (also known as the Inner Fighter VII Revolution) is a machine created by Dr. Minamida in Yakuza 4. It allows the player to fight previously-encountered bosses in the form of a fighting game.
You must input enemy information before you play. This can be obtained through defeating bosses encountered through your story. The boss fight is now unlocked and you can pay 10,000 to fight them.
After you defeated an enemy, you will be rewarded with a Health or Heat boost from each enemy. Afterwards defeating one of the enemies again, you will be rewarded with an item listed bellow

Masayoshi Tanimura: Can be obtained after all of the Protagonists meet in the final chapter: Requiem.
Legendary Blue Dragon Edit
Kiryu Kazuma: Can be obtained after all of the Protagonists meet in the final chapter: Requiem. After you defeated Legendary Blue Dragon with Akiyama, Saejima, and Tanimura. They will learn 2 Heat actions from Kiryu.
