Isobe takes notice of Goro Majima after he dances at Maharaja. She approaches Majima, and in order to determine if he is on her level at dancing, has her fans challenge him. After Majima wins, Isobe has another fan challenge him. With Majima's talent apparent after he wins again, Isobe gets ready for her match.
Isobe challenges Majima to one final dance battle when he returns to Maharaja. She has a fan in her routine.
Her fan is also the final reward after Kiryu defeats Kan Ogita in Kamurocho's Maharaja.
She stands near Club Sunshine as a potential hostess recruit afterwards.
