Kamuro Police Station is a Tokyo Metropolitan Police station that serves the Kamurocho area. It appears in a number of Yakuza games, as well as Judgment.

Yakuza/Yakuza KiwamiEdit

Kazuma Kiryu first meets detective Makoto Date here in late 1995, after Kiryu is arrested under suspicion of the murder of Sohei Dojima. Date knows that Kiryu is covering for someone, but Kiryu does not reveal anything to him. The SIO[1] for the case then says that the public are not interested in one yakuza member being killed by another, and that it is better to close the case quickly.
Later on in the game, Date discovers Kyohei Jingu's past as a member of a revolutionary group whilst looking through newspaper archives in a basement room of the station.

Yakuza 2/Yakuza Kiwami 2Edit

Date, who had quit his job after the events of the previous year, is called back into the station by Sudo, who believes he can assist with the Millennium Tower bombing investigation. Here, Date comes across his former Senpai Jiro Kawara. Date is incredulous that "Killer Kawara," known for repeatedly gunning down members of foreign gangs during the 80s and 90s, is now working for Foreign Affairs. Kawara then reveals that Sudo has actually called them both in to work on the investigation together.

Takayuki Yagami and Masamichi Shintani come to the station on a number of occasions to speak with Kyohei Hamura, who is in custody charged with the murder of Toshiro Kume, about his case.

Yakuza: Like a DragonEdit

At the beginning of Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Ichiban Kasuga hands himself in to Kamuro Police Station for a crime he did not commit at the behest of his patriarch Masumi Arakawa.
