Kamurocho Hills (神室町ヒルズ), occasionally referred to simply as Kamuro Hills, is the second tallest building in Kamurocho, behind only the Millennium Tower. Its construction takes place over the course of the Yakuza series, starting with Yakuza 2, and ending with its completion in Yakuza 5 (Yakuza: Dead Souls in non-canon). It is a multi-use complex with two main interconnected buildings, a large courtyard, and since 2018, a relaxation space called Hills Garden. The skyscraper section contains office space, while the lower building along with the courtyard act as a shopping mall with 4 floors of high-end shops, cafes and a supermarket (3 inside and an additional floor outside).

Construction of Kamurocho Hills started at the beginning of 2006, with the demolition of West Park.
Yakuza 2/Yakuza Kiwami 2[]
Built upon what was formerly known as West Park, the area has been cleared to make way for the Kamurocho Hills construction site, overseen by Goro Majima and his construction company. Kiryu enters through the same bathroom entrance that he did during the previous Yakuza games.
Purgatory is also accessed through the same former subway station entrance as the previous games.
Yakuza 3[]
In 2007, due to the events of the previous year, Kamurocho Hills' construction was cancelled. The semi-constructed skeleton was pulled down in the intervening two years. In Yakuza 3, what was once the Kamurocho Hills construction site is now a concrete pad, the Purgatory entrance its only remaining permanent construction. The name West Park has also made a return.
Yakuza 4[]
The nearly completed Kamurocho Hills is the subject of envy for rival groups of the Tojo Clan, and with the death of Masaru Ihara, it is the bargaining chip that Daigo Dojima refuses to part with, sacrificing its proprietor, Goro Majima to Isao Katsuragi in its stead.
Further progress of Kamurocho Hills' construction means that the former entrance to Purgatory has been blocked off, and Saejima must now access it through a manhole in the Children's Park. However, later in the game, the entrance through West Park is once again usable.
The final long battle of the game's main story, where Kazuma Kiryu fights against all the active members of the Ueno Seiwa Clan before reaching Isao Katsuragi who holds Taiga Saejima and his sister hostage, takes place throughout Kamurocho Hills.
Yakuza 5[]
Naoki Katsuya stations himself and his yakuza group in Kamurocho Hills when they arrive in Kamurocho for the game's finale. A long battle against his group, followed by a series of fights involving Katsuya, Masaru Watase, Kazuma Kiryu and Taiga Saejima takes place atop one of Kamurocho Hills' towers. It is followed by the arrivals of, on the opposite tower, Tsubasa Kurosawa, Daigo Dojima and Kamon Kanai.
Yakuza 6[]
In the prologue of the game, Katsumi Sugai, Tsuneo Iwami, Big Lo and Jimmy Lo watch Little Asia burn down from inside the Hills.

Yakuza: Dead Souls[]
Kamurocho Hills has finally been completed prior to the events of the game. Its grand opening is however interrupted by the Thanatos outbreak. It becomes a refuge for civilians, who are looked after by Daigo Dojima, Goro Majima, and the other Tojo Clan men also trapped inside.
