Background[]
Kikuchi's colleague died for protecting him while they were doing a mission. After the trauma, Kikuchi couldn't do anything except doing stop-and-search.

Kikuchi approaches Kazuma Kiryu while walking at the South of Gandhara Kamurocho, give foods or drinks to him and he becomes Kiryu's friend. Keep giving foods or drinks to raise the friendship. When the friendship bar is about at the middle, Kikuchi shares his story to Kiryu and explains why he keeps doing stop-and-searches. When the friendship bar is almost full, a lady is harrassed by some thugs, Kiryu convices Kikuchi to arrest them but he refuses, Kiryu has to rescue the lady by himself. However, Kikuchi changes his mind and fight these thugs with Kiryu, win the fight and the friendship bar is full.
After Real Estate Royale minigame unlocked, Kikuchi stands in front of Sugita Building, talk to him and he says he needs to do something else instead of doing stop-and-searches, he also claims being as a security guard for Kiryu is a good opportunity for him to practice, then Kiryu hires Kikuchi.
