Kyohei Hamura (羽村京平, Hamura Kyōhei) is an antagonist featured in Judgment.
Biography
Judgment
He's the captain of Matsugane Family, a third-tier family within the Tojo Clan ranks.
Appearance
He wears a white suit over a black shirt, a pair of white dress pants and a pair of black leather loafers.
Personality
Hamura appears to be an egocentric person, and appears to be the opposite of his patriarch: valuing force better than reason.

Trivia
- His outfit appears to be similar to Akira Nishikiyama's outfit from the first Yakuza (as well as its Kiwami remake).
- Due to Pierre Taki's recent legal case, Hamura's face will be replaced with a new face for the western releases of Judgment.
