Kyohei Hamura (羽村 京平, Hamura Kyōhei) is an antagonist featured in Judgment.
Biography
Judgment
He's the captain of Matsugane Family, a third-tier family within the Tojo Clan ranks. Despite his ranks as a captain, he assumes a financial control over the family, and thus making him more influential than Matsugane.
Appearance
He wears a white suit over a black shirt, a pair of white dress pants and a pair of black leather loafers.
Personality
Hamura appears to be an egocentric person, and appears to be the opposite of his patriarch: valuing force better than reason.

- Hamura's outfit bears a resemblance to Akira Nishikiyama's outfit in the first Yakuza (as well as its Kiwami remake).
- Due to Pierre Taki's recent legal case, Hamura's face will be replaced with a new face for the Western releases of Judgment. He also has a new voice actor, Miou Tanaka, who previously voiced Akinobu Uematsu in Yakuza Kiwami 2.
