Matsuya (松屋) is a chain of beef bowl and curry restaurants located in Kamurocho. It has two locations, one on Tenkaichi Street and one on Taihei Boulevard.
History[]
Matsuya is a real-life restaurant chain that was included in Kamurocho from Yakuza 2 (not Yakuza Kiwami 2) to Yakuza 5 as a tie-in. Starting from Yakuza 0, it was replaced by a generic version based on the brand called Akaushimaru.
