Mika Tsuchiya (土屋 美佳, Tsuchiya Mika) is a character featured in Yakuza 3 and Kurohyou: Ryu Ga Gotoku Shinsho. Originally a hostess at Club Flawless, she later works at Club Shine.

Mika is described as a caring and big-sister type, and as an intelligent, beautiful teacher who seems to know everything. Besides having a warm and energetic side to her, she is also shown to be really ambitious and a big dreamer, hoping to one day manage her own resort company in Okinawa.

Mika’s a caring big-sister type. She’s bright and cheerful, and she treats people well, but she’s not very quick to say what’s on her mind. That makes it hard to get to know the real Mika.
