Queen Rouge is a cabaret club located on Pink Street, Kamurocho. It occupies the same location as Club Shine.
Judgment[]
Takayuki Yagami and Masaharu Kaito visit Queen Rouge to investigate the details of Toru Hashiki's death. Upon their arrival, they are told that a membership is required, and thus enlist the help of Saori Shirosaki to work temporarily at the club and gather any information she can. Saori meets Mika, a fellow hostess who had been entertaining Hashiki on the night of the murder.

Queen Rouge is now managed by RK, and high-performing hostesses get a bonus from Daimu Akutsu. Saori works at the club again to find where Akutsu is hiding.
