Real Estate Royale (マネーアイランド} is a side-story in Yakuza 0. It is unlocked after reaching Chapter 6.
In this side-story, players play as Kazuma Kiryu and find themselves in charge of their own real estate agency's administration. Defeat rivals known as the Five Billionaires — led by the Finance King — in a strategic battle to obtain real estate, money and supremacy among the elite.
Progressing through this side-story allows Kiryu to max out friendships that were otherwise locked.
Gameplay[]
The aim of the side-story is to defeat the Five Billionaires - led by the Finance King - by buying and investing in properties, collecting the proceeds that they give and fending off attacks that might put the collections to a hold.
Properties[]
Each area has ten properties the player can buy, one of them being bought by default. Purchased properties can then be invested into, increasing their rank and thus the profit that can be made out of them. Properties can only be invested into once before a collection.

Once the share of an area has reached a certain threshold, the player will be thrust into three events: at 30%, the player will face a group of the corresponding area's king's lackeys; at 60%, the player must complete a challenge (beating the Electronics King's high score of 5 million points in Super Hang-On, getting a date within three minutes at the Telephone Club for the Pleasure King, and so on), getting 10% share if they win and losing 10% share if they lose; at 90%, the player will have to fight not only the king's minions, but also the king himself, achieving Complete Domination upon defeating the king.

Advisors are used when investing into properties, with five scenes they specialize into. Each advisor has their own utility for each scene, indicated by four symbols representing their usefulness in these scenes, from weakest to strongest: cross, triangle, circle, double circle. The stronger an advisor is when investing in a property, the more money the player can get out of the properties they invest into.

Managers can influence the current economy to make collections more profitable, and they serve another role: at some point during collections, the player will be thrust into a "Money Battle", where they have to protect their properties from the king trying to buy them back. The manager involved in this battle will use their "Financial Savvy", ranked from 1 to 5 stars, as HP.

Security can be assigned to an area in order to avoid problems with collections. As they resolve problems in the area they are assigned to, their HP will lower. Like managers, they have an influence scale: the higher this scale is, the less problems collections will have.
