Robo... Michio!

— Robo Michio's introduction

Robo Michio has a similar appearance to the original, but everything is metallic. He also has a movable jaw with teeth inside and his eyes can glow red.

Personality[]

Robo Michio has the same mannerisms as Ono Michio, adding 'michi' to his sentences, though he is very verbose, intelligent, and knowledgeable.

Involvement[]

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth[]

Ichiban Kasuga and Eric Tomizawa return to the Hawaiian Haunt, seeking to challenge it again. They find a homeless man looking at a sleeping Robo Michio, thinking it's broken/out of power. The homeless man walks away and Tomizawa realizes who the robot is, commenting he heard about a robot version being made, and checks the robot. He confirms that it is sleeping and Kasuga comments that the robot's creator had poor taste. Hearing this, Robo Michio wakes up and calls him rude. Kasuga and Tomizawa are surprised he's awake and ask what he's doing here. Robo Michio says he was stationed here to prevent any unsavory people from getting in, as he's installed with security features, but at some point in time he ran out of charge and it became infested. Robo Michio comments that his battery life has been compared to the Game GearWP. Robo Michio asks Kasuga to help clear out the Labyrinth while he charges and Kasuga accepts.

Robo Michio asks if he can call Kasuga "'Frono Michio", but Kasuga declines and he instead calls him "Michiban Kasuga".

As Kasuga clears each area, Robo Michio updates him about his charge percentage. Upon reaching the 3rd area's boss room, Kasuga is about to fight but is interrupted by Robo Michio, revealing that he's fully charged. Robo Michio introduces himself and fires a laser beam at the enemy, instantly defeating them. Kasuga praises Robo Michio, but the robot overheats and activates a program that terminates everyone around him, prompting a fight with Kasuga. Afterwards, Robo Michio shuts down and Kasuga and Tomizawa drag him back to the surface. Later, Kasuga is angry about Robo Michio attacking them, but the robot points out that he gave Kasuga 'a challenge to improve his skills' and Robo Michio thanks them for their help.

Fighting Style[]

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth[]

A malfunctioning Robo Michio starts fighting Ichiban and crew after defeating the 3rd Dungeon boss. Robo Michio is resistant to Lightning attacks but weak to Ice attacks. His moveset includes:

  • Robo Rocket: A wind-up to an uppercut with a chance to stun.
  • Michio Maker: A wind-up to a knockout punch.
  • Charging: He spins his arm to ready for a punch, increasing his Attack and Agility by 1.
  • Battery Shock: He pulls out a car battery and 2 sparkplugs, strikes them together, and attaches them to the battery, sending lightning toward his opponent which causes lightning damage. This is the same move from Tomizawa's Cabbie Job.

Once he passes 50% HP, he'll have access to:

  • Destructo Beam: He shoots lasers out his eyes in a left-to-right fan motion in front of himself, causing fire damage to anyone the lasers hit with a chance to burn.
