Saki Hatsumi (初美 沙希, Hatsumi Saki) is a character featured in Yakuza 0. She is a hostess at Club Sunshine, and the former number one hostess at Club Jupiter.
Saki is hard-working, seeking to make money for her family and her plans to study in a medical school. She is also terrified of insects. Because she lives with her brothers, some being much younger than her, she likes to cook simple food that can be easily made in large quantities, such as karaage.
Due to her physique and being good at arm wrestling, she was also a pseudo-bouncer at Club Jupiter, whereby she deals with drunks.
