Limited Chef's Scattered Sushi 980 This is the limited -edition sushi recommended by Tokyo Ishukan. Prepared from the highest-quality fish, but at a bargain price.
Tamago 200 They say you can judge the quality of a sushi place by their egg sushi. I don't cut corners with my tamago, of course.
Kappamaki 200 Cucumber roll. We call it "Kappamaki" ("Kappa roll") because a mythical critter called "Kappa" loves to eat cucumbers.
Tuna 300 There are many kinds of tuna out there, but this happens to be my top-grade bluefin tuna.
Ama-Ebi 300 Unbelievably fresh! This tender sweet shrimp will melt in your mouth.
Engawa 600 Greenland and arrowtooth halibut don't cut it. Bastard halibut makes the tastiest engawa.
Tsubugai 300 My seas snails have the best texture! They're usually a summer delicacy, but taste great now, too.
Namatako 300 This octopus is from Akashi. The more you chew it, the better it tastes. That's proof of quality.
Kampachi 500 Most amberjack these days are farm-raised, but mine are fresh from the ocean. The flesh of the fish is firm and delicious.
Kamburi 500 It might not be quite in season, but our winter amberjack is wild. I think you'll enjoy this rich and buttery tasting fish.
Hirame 500 Hirame is a fish that has a delicate tasting flesh. This is one white fish you'll really enjoy eating.
Shima-Aji 500 Shima-aji is the king of all horse mackerel. It's a summer fish best eaten as sashimi or sushi.
Kimmedai 500 Isn't this alfonsino a beauty? It'll make you hungry by just looking at it. You'll love its fattiness.
Ikura 1,000 Can you tell natural and artificial salmon roe apart? This here's the best in the business.
Akagai 2,000 Did you know that ark clams have red blood? That's why they're also known as "bloody clams."
Otoro 2,500 This is the richest meat from my top-grade bluefin tuna. It'll melt in your mouth.
Awabi 3,000 This is top-grade abalone right here. If you're looking for bargain eats. this ain't it.
Uni 3,000 This top-grade sea urchin is straight from the port of Namazu. It's the real thing and not preserved in alum water.
