Tamotsu Saito (斉藤 保, Saitō Tamotsu) is a supporting character in Kurohyou 2: Ryu ga Gotoku Ashura-hen. He is a young street fighter, and a member of a small group of Dragon Heat fighters; along with Shinji Sakamoto, Yuta Mikami, and the leader Makoto Yashiro.

Appearance[]
Tamotsu is fairly tall, with a slim body and hair similar to Kazuma Kiryu's. In the TV show however, he is the shortest among the Dragon Heat fighters and his hair is styled in a bowl cut.
Attire[]
He normally wears a green sleeveless down gilet over a red tartan flannel shirt, beige cargo pants and red and orange sneakers. He also wears black half-frame glasses.
Personality[]
Despite coming off as a prone-to-crying coward, Tamotsu is a smart guy and unbelievably determined fighter, always getting back up despite never winning anything. He has a marked proficiency in computing, and an addiction to the same.

Fighting Style[]
Tamotsu uses Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In Premium Adventure, he is upgraded to level 25. He has access to the deathblow Spin Kick.
He is also playable in Tournament Mode.
