Tashiro (田代) is a character featured in Judgment and Lost Judgment. Formerly a member of the Matsugane Family, he now resides in Isezaki Ijincho.

Appearance[]
Tashiro has an average height with a muscular build. He has dyed blonde hair in a slicked back hairstyle. His eyebrows are also dyed blonde.
Attire[]
Tashiro wears a custom-made Italian fabric gold tracksuit which cost him ¥3,000,000. He also wears gold rimmed aviator sunglasses, a black t-shirt, white briefs and black sneakers. He wears a gold chain necklace in Judgment.

Judgment: 2018[]
Tashiro takes an unpleasant customer to the New Serena Backlot when Takayuki Yagami and Masaharu Kaito encounter him. They knock him unconscious and take his clothes so Yagami can disguise himself to infiltrate the Matsugane Family office due to their similar builds.
Outside a Matsugane-owned cabaret club, Tashiro is harassed by thugs who are defeated by Yagami. When Yagami comes to his rescue a second time, Tashiro begrudgingly allies with him.
Yagami calls Tashiro, Ryan Acosta, Kenji Tanago, and Ryo Suzaki for help against the Keihin Gang when they put a bounty on his head. Tashiro joins in because though he does not like Yagami, he hates the Keihin Gang. The five of them eventually face Matsuhisa Koga and his lackeys in the sewers, putting an end to their gun-smuggling business.
Lost Judgment: 2021[]
Yagami meets Tashiro in Ijincho outside Paradise VR. He gives Yagami a free pass at the game and thinks of ways to draw in more customers. Yagami's suggestion leads to Tashiro choosing to implement rivals based on people he and Yagami know (but without their permission) and asks Yagami to beat all of them at least once in-game.
Talk about the VR rivals makes its way around, and eventually Ryan, Tanago, and Suzaki confront Tashiro for his usage of their likenesses. As compensation, they rob him of his suit and sell it at Ebisu Pawn. Tashiro had been making monthly payments on the suit, and had not finished paying it off.
The Kaito Files: 2022[]
Tashiro, having been fired from Paradise VR, now works as wait staff in Hotel Grande Blu Marino. Ahead of a college reunion taking place in the hotel, Tashiro goes for a smoke break. During said break, Kaito finds him, intending to take his clothes as a disguise yet again. He vents his frustrations on Kaito, but is defeated, stripped, and left outside.
