The Falling Man (落ちそうな男, Ochisō na Otoko) is the 2nd side case in Lost Judgment. It is a required side case as a part of Chapter 3.
Plot[]
While discussing Toshiro Ehara, Tsukumo hears an alert from his crime prediction system, the Buzz Researcher. He installs it on Yagami's phone to further test it and have him check out the strange "arachnid man" posts that are being posted near Kinka Pharmacy. Before Yagami leaves, Tsukumo also gives him the Noise Amp.
Upon arriving at Yokohama Boulevard near the pharmacy, Yagami uses the Noise Amp and sees a man who is high up on a building on and looking for help. The man, Tamai, is extremely concerned that he is about to fall. Yagami quickly uses his Parkour abilities to scale the building and save the man. When Yagami reaches the man, Okachimachi calls out from a nearby balcony and allows the two to enter her residence to reach the ground floor safety.
Tamai tries to explain that the reason he was up on the building was because he was looking for a rare bird. Yagami does not fully believe the story that Tamai is telling, but without evidence the only thing that he can do is observe him carefully. Yagami discovers a pair of women's panties in the back pocket of Tamai. Yagami asks Okachimachi if they were her underwear and she confirms that some of her best underwear has gone missing lately. Tamai reveals that he is hoping to be the next Professor Panty and is not going to be stopped by Yagami. After defeating him a in battle, the police arrive to arrest Tamai, and Yagami promotes Yokohama 99.

There's apparently an "Arachnid Man" who climbs up the sides of city buildings. Maybe this idiot clinging to the wall of this apartment building, who's totally about to fall... maybe he's Arachnid Man?
The Arachnid Man was actually an undergarment thief. He apparently looked up to Professor Panty who I captured in Kamurocho, but he's pretty small time when compared to that guy.
