Toru Hashiki (端木 亨, Hashiki Tōru) is a character featured in Judgment. He was the vice director of the ADDC.
Background[]
In 2015, Hashiki was hired by Shigeru Kajihira in order to sabotage the ADDC to bring profits down even further. Using his power within the ADDC, Hashiki used his power in order to fuel projects being developed there, and in turn went around and sold the projects to rival companies. However Hashiki's efforts would eventually prove to be in vain, as the announcement of AD-9 skyrocketed profits at the ADDC.
In June of 2018, Hashiki alongside Yoji Shono entered the cabaret club Queen Rouge one night, and upon Hashiki's departure from the cabaret club, ended up getting into an altercation with an individual, who would later be identified as the Mole. The Mole beat up Hashiki in a nearby alleyway, and attacked him so precisely that Hashiki managed to barely hang on to life as the Mole left, but ended up succumbing to his injuries 3 weeks later in the hospital. Hashiki's death would ultimately end up being framed as a drunken street brawl, rather than the premeditated murder it actually was.
