Toshio Arakawa (荒川 斗司雄, Toshio Arakawa) is a minor character in Yakuza: Like a Dragon. He is the leader of a traveling theater troupe called Araboshi-za where he performs as an actor.
Background
Nothing is known of Toshio's younger years except that his parents did not allow him to go to school. At some point, he was hired by the Seiryu Clan and the Yokohama Liumang to smuggle counterfeit bills on their behalf. Under his watch, a suitcase filled with one hundred million yen in counterfeit bills went missing, which he reported to the leadership behind the operation. This led to him being marked by the Seiryu Clan as a target to be made an example of. In reality, however, his wife Yoko and his colleague Tora, whom she was having an affair with at the time, had stolen the suitcase without his knowledge.
