The War God Talisman is a reward for achieving an "S" rank in all thirty-five Ultimate Match missions. Acquisition requires speaking to Makoto Date in New Serena or Shigeru Nakahara at the Morning Glory Orphanage, creating "New Clear Data" and starting either a New Game+ or a Premium Adventure. It can then be acquired from Bob Utsunomiya at the entrance to Tenkaichi Street.
When the War God Talisman is equipped, Kiryu's Heat Gauge will automatically fill up to maximum capacity.
Yakuza 4[]
The War God Talisman is a reward for clear all thirty-five Ultimate Match missions. Acquisition requires speaking to Date in New Serena to create "New Clear Data" and start either a New Game+ or a Premium Adventure. It can then be acquired from Bob Utsunomiya at Naomi's Palace.
Yakuza 5[]
The War God Talisman is a reward for completing all thirty Ultimate Match missions. Acquisition requires creating "New Clear Data" and starting either a New Game+ or a Premium Adventure. It can then be acquired from any convenience store.
Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin![]
Despite being named the War God Amulet, it is identical to the Talisman in previous games in terms of function and appearance. It is available as a reward for completing the "Heat Action" category of the completion list, requiring execution of all sixty of Sakamoto's Heat Actions at least once. It can then be acquired from Bakumatsu Bob at Teradaya.
It possesses the War seal, which causes Sakamoto's Heat Gauge to gradually increase.
Yakuza 0[]
The War God Talisman can be purchased by Majima from the CP Shrine in Sotenbori, at the cost of 40 Completion Points. It is the last item in the "Battle" category, and will not be available until all prior items have been purchased.
The War God Talisman in 0 functions like its Ishin! counterpart, where it causes the Heat Gauge to fill up gradually rather than automatically. This is how the it works in the next three games as well.
Yakuza Kiwami[]
The War God Talisman is a reward for completing all five Ultimate Battle missions in Climax Battle. Acquisition requires creating "New Clear Data" and starting either a New Game+ or a Premium Adventure. It can then be acquired from Bob Utsunomiya at the entrance to Tenkaichi Street.
Yakuza 6[]
The War God Talisman is a reward for completing all categories of the Completion List. It can be acquired from New Serena of Kamurocho or Navy Apartment of Onomichi.
Yakuza Kiwami 2[]
The War God Talisman is obtained by completing the "Pandemonium" Bouncer Mission on "Normal" difficulty or higher.
